Ok, since I started this journey back in June I have taken Sundays off, so today if a day where I still of course watch what I eat, BUT no exercise. Actually I take off from exercising to let my muscles heal on Saturdays and Sundays and I work out M-F 1 hr a day. My fav workouts are the stepper machine and the Spinner, then I finish off with some dumbells!
