Beginning PICS!

Ok here goes my DREADED before pics! This is me at 141. I know some of you may think oh 141 is not that big at all etc... BUT a little about me, I am a very small boned person, 5 lbs is horrible for me to gain, I can see every poun gained! Oh yeah I am only 5'2" so those of you who are short too will know what I am talking about! Also my pre-babies weight was 110, so i am used to being small :) I would love to get back down to 115! I will post pics every 2 weeks and hopefully see some progress! (please excuse my hair, it's a wreck and right before i took my shower lol)




I didn't have a full length mirror so this was the best I could do. I will try to get better pictures of my legs soon! Ok well there it is. I feel I look horrible and am very chubby, but then again like i said i am used to being small.  I have had 5 kids though so guess it could be worse.

I need to tone up and loose about 30 lbs, that will put me around 110 but I will be happy with 115.

Friday Blog Weigh In #1

Ok so this isn't my first ever weigh in but it is my first blog weekly weigh in so I will # this #1 :)

July 22:  141.6

I got off track this past week, time to get back on track! My swimsuit arrived today so I will also take my first weigh in photo as well, yikes scared about this cause it's a bikini and i am chubby lol! But this is the best way to see the progress I know so i will do it!

Oh and here is my daily FOOD JOURNAL 
Yes I know i don't eat the best yet but am trying and def keeping within my calories allowed each day!! Baby Steps!

Starting Pictures

Going to post my starting pictures hopefully tomorrow, just waiting on my new bikini to get here in the mail from Aeropostale :) Hope it gets here tomorrow! I will do weekly weight weigh ins and then every 2 weeks a weigh in with photo :)

Why can't I get back on track!

Ugh ok so this entire weekend has been a mess! I did so good for a month, lost 10 lbs and now this. NO I will not accept this I WILL GET BACK ON TRACK TOMORROW!!!! Have not logged my food all week and have made some bad food choices, that ends tomorrow. I know what I got to do now it's time to do it lol. I must exercise first thing each morning, then i will not blow my day!

Bad weekend!

Ok, so I have not had a bad day even since I started this journey back on June 13, BUT this weekend was BAD :( I had a couple sodas which I NEVER drink, bad food and brownies and cheesecake. WTF was I thinking. I didn't even count calories AT ALL! Ok that is it, no more of that crap! tomorrow starts a fresh week, TIME TO GET BACK ON TRACK!!!!!

On a more positive note, my bikini I bought from Aeropostale should be here early this week!  Can't wait, it is super cute and I think will get me motivated! I bought it cause I need one but definitely for my weekly weigh ins too! Soooo my next weekly weigh in picture you will see it! Oh and I decided to do weekly weigh ins every Friday still, but only with pics every 2 weeks, that way hopefully you can see more progress than every week..

Counting Calories and Logging what you eat!

Everyone knows how important it is to count your calories and log what you eat. I read before that you should consider your calories as an allowance, you wouldn't mess around with your $$ allowance you have to set aside for bills and such, right?  So that is how i look at my calories allowance, and i 'usually' take them very seriously!

As far as calories I try to eat about 1200 calories a day. Sometimes I am a bit under sometimes over, but on average I eat 1200 calories a day. I have read there is a simple guideline, women should NEVER eat less than 1200 cals and men never under 1600.

I also want to share a great website that I LOVE for calculating BMI, calculating ideal body weight and all that great stuff, I use http://www.freedieting.com/  check it out, it's a great resource!!

Taking Sundays Off & My Schedule!

Ok, since I started this journey back in June I have taken Sundays off, so today if a day where I still of course watch what I eat, BUT no exercise. Actually I take off from exercising to let my muscles heal on Saturdays and Sundays and I work out M-F 1 hr a day. My fav workouts are the stepper machine and the Spinner, then I finish off with some dumbells!
